Dr. Zachary Farhood specializes in cosmetic and functional surgery of the face and neck. His approach emphasizes facial harmony, natural-looking results, and treatment plans that respect each patient’s individual features.

Education and Advanced Training

Dr. Farhood graduated with High Honors from the University of Texas at Austin and earned his medical degree at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston, where he joined the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society.

He completed a research fellowship at the Medical University of South Carolina, followed by a five-year residency in Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery. He then pursued fellowship training in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the University of Toronto under Dr. Jamil Asaria.

Facial Surgery and Personalized Care

His areas of focus include deep plane facelifts, rhinoplasty, eyelid surgery, and brow rejuvenation. Consultations center on listening, explaining treatment options, and establishing realistic expectations.

Beyond the Practice

Outside medicine, Dr. Farhood enjoys exploring the Pacific Northwest with his wife and daughters, cycling, cooking, and learning languages.
